fix #108

Add jhipster online authentication

The app works in a faked auth state thanks to miragejs (we probably need to improve the mocks in order to cover a large part of use cases)
Fixed some problems with the "online" status
- [x] The user can load his JDL Models
- [x] JDL Models are properly displayed inside the app

I made some changes to make it work in JH online mostly, hope its ok with you, let me know if you have any concern with those changes
