Make a docker image and publish it on the hub #9

This would allow to run easily run the studio locally.

@cbornet @pascalgrimaud can any of you guys do this? as im not very good with docker

I try to have a look, if I have time today What does the jdl-studio need to run ? node server ? Or simply open the index.html ?
