is it possible to define the new bootswatch theme application option with JDL ?

@MathieuAA : I think we should add this as bootswatch theme is a new question in generator-jhipster, since this PR https://github.com/jhipster/generator-jhipster/pull/9420

That explains why @walshe opened this ticket.

@MathieuAA & @pascalgrimaud now that we can choose a Bootswatch theme when creating a new JHipster app, could we use some variable in the JDL in order to control that?
