Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe. JHipster deploys to App Service only when deploying on Azure.

Describe the solution you'd like it would be great to support other Azure PaaS such as Azure Container Apps (ACA), AKS, Azure Spring Apps (ASA).

Describe alternatives you've considered App Service

We're going to work on this soon with my team at Microsoft.
