The jar file doesn't load config

Overview of the issue

It seems that the jar file doesn't read the config files. I got the following errors. I checked the config file and spring.security.user.roles is with ADMIN and USER

download https://github.com/jhipster/jhipster-registry/releases/download/v7.3.0/jhipster-registry-7.3.0.jar copy files from resources folder to the folder with .jar go to the the folder and run java -jar jhipster-registry-7.3.0.jar

I can't able to reproduce this problem @paris0120 if this is still an issue please ask to reopen
