Correct for latest IntelliJ and node versions, add formatting and minor clarification.

Emphasized that IDE configuration is on the advanced configuration page
Updated IntelliJ configuration to be compatible with current releases of IntelliJ
Added notes regarding prettier installation
Minor grammatical and formatting updates
