Regression Sample not working - one of file dependencies missing

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Running the sample "Regression (Linear, Logit)" - the sample doesn't start - 
error appears saying that some dependencies are missing "Regression (Linear\, 
Logit)"

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?

Please provide any additional information below.
I've come across this error trying to use MultipleLinearRegression, then I 
importen libraries directly into my project - when running the program a dialog 
windwo appeared asking for a path to MultipleLinearRegression.cs. I thought I 
had an error somewhere, so tried the provided sample

The issue should have been fixed in the just released v2.13. Please let me know 
if the issue persists.
