jQuery interop #97

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Set up drupal site
2. Add date.js to theme
3. jQuery functionality dies.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
jQuery continues to work and I get the hotness of date.js

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
trunk as of 3/11

Can't reproduce this with my current build on 
https://github.com/abritinthebay/datejs/

If it's still there please update this issue and I'll fix it: 
https://github.com/abritinthebay/datejs/issues/97

As it stands I'm currently using this on a major site with jQuery and it works 
fine...
