cmake backport breaks self-extracting SDK shell script #91

Cmake backport introduced with https://github.com/jhnc-oss/meta-protos/commit/d7a37de322ae0fadc931829df3e5952cc343cbdc breaks self-extracting SDK shell script resulting in the following error:

KeyError: 'OECORE_TUNE_CCARGS'

Problem also exists within latest dunfell release (23.0.23).

OE had a patch floating: https://isrc.iscas.ac.cn/gitlab/mirrors/github.com/openembedded_openembedded-core/-/commit/42e68397ec74b3cd8ae5df45355c8f6254b48cd8#ee4f9089846e327b4f25db1a8459cf268acda614

Hence, the problem has not been observed with dunfell release 23.0.17.
