Clean up resource dependencies and make things readable.

As with PR https://github.com/jhoblitt/puppet-smartd/pull/4, https://github.com/razorsedge/puppet-smartd/commit/a828bff51226d4895b1397e83e1ca7c08c09793f should be removed from this PR. Other then that, this looks great.

I manually rebased the PR branch on master and merged it. At this point you should be able to use this repo's master to replace your own as it contains all of your commits.
