Auto-indent page controls and page actions #65

Based on preceding control's/action's type.

Indentation level "null" already has a meaning (i.e. don't write indentation to output stream), so we cannot use that to mean "auto-indent".

Already works quite nicely in PowerShell for actions (both New-... and Add-...)
