Relative paths are not evaluated properly #90

Export -Path './foo.txt' does not work as expected. Resolve ~ Also take custom PS Drives into account Make sure we are writing to a file system item, not e.g. the registry

Apparently already fixed as part of something else. Relative paths and PS drives work flawlessly.
