Color Bands are off by 1 level #24

I believe the color bands for BTC are out of sync by 1 level based on the numbers. 12/22/17

In the source code or on the deployed server (and which one)? I checked but the fee levels look right to me (except for the 1700-2000 band which I fixed now).
