The animation time can now be optionally specified as a range.

Without Range {R:100%-200%#30}

animate from 100% to 200% from the start of the scene, over the course of 30 frames

With Range {R:100%-200%#15-45}

animate from 100% to 200% from frames 15-45

{R:100%-200%#-20}

animate from 100% to 200% during the last 20 frames

{R:100%-200%#30-}

animate from 100% to 200% from frame 30 to the end
