Missing images? #328

Is there a reason that images are missing from my editor like so? I've imported everything required.

I have the same issue - though I have a guess at what the problem might be. I'm using bootstrap 3, which uses different classes for the glyphicons.

I'm not sure what the best approach is to fix this, so I'd be curious to see if anyone else has resolved it.
