Added portuguese (Portugal) translation #348

There was only a brazilian portuguese translation available, so I've created this one in native portuguese.

Err. I'm confused here. For me to create a pull request, I need to fork the 'Waxolunist/bootstrap3-wysihtml5-bower' repo, right? But if I try to do so, it will fork its original repo! How can I do it then?
