Better error handling #8

Right now errors cause the app to crash. We should do better form validation.

The VM creation form is an abomination in the first place. All that really needs to be offloaded into templates

Any update on this after the Jinja2 migration?

Jacob has sort of migrated to Jinja2, but not entirely. The entire system needs to be refactored.
