0.9.2 not registering at all... #25

The newest version is not even trying to register to the SIP server. 
Notification says "Registering..." and nothing happens. 

Confirmed by running tcpdump on the WLAN firewall.

Problem is similar to Issue 15. This time it never reports status..

Yes, Antonio's patch had a bug. I fixed it and also corrected a time constant 
in 
RegisterService that could also lead to this condition.
