Display opening name after book moves

Note: Again, not tested, when I start up locally it seems to try and connect, but doesn't receive or do any updates. There are a couple of changes in here to config here too, which was in my attempts at testing, and my lack of time with TS is probably showing, lol

This change aims to add the opening name from the book moves to the display.

• It determines when we're out of book, as when we first receive a PV.
• It determines the opening name, by a call to the lichess api

If there's a better way to do the above, let me know.

Are you able to connect to Graham's broadcasts with Livius? If not, you might have issues with the UDP connections that are used behind the scenes which is why you're having issues testing locally.

The issues I addressed were:

• Dark mode styling
• Unsafe data unrolling if the opening response is null
  • This outright caused a crash which could also be why you were having issues
