after twos day tries, I can't iterate all sublayers in a document, I'm gonna lists everything I learned and leave this idea until someday maybe.

Sketch Plugins is developed using CocoaJS, which is basically a bridge to writing js then call native Objective-C Foundation API. And Sketch does some wrapper for the original OC objects.
