Issue 309:  error when chrome cast extension is not installed

I do not want chrome-cast installed simply to remove this error.

How do i know that chrome cast isn't broadcasting my daily usage to an unknown 
source like... big brother. When it's installed I really do have slower 
browsing and black screens within chrome as if some kind of recording software 
is conflicting with my graphics drivers.

I know you have another thread and you restricted it but I want to speak about 
this issue, so you must allow me to do so or do you limit freedom of speech now 
at google also.
