Integrate room management into the relay widget, so it can join/leave rooms with other widgets communicating via the oscmapi impelmentation.

Room management has been integrated; however, the UI needs work to look nice in OWF.

The UI needs to be updated to reflect the uMap room manager updates. This includes smooth updating.
