Packages menu doesn't work as expected when browsing a user's playground #720

When you browse another user's playground, the github and download package links no longer work, but they can both be interacted with and give unexpected results (a skeleton package zip file for Download, without any files, and an error message for GitHub).

I think this is fixed in 1.4.88 but if there are still problems this issue can be reopened.
