Splash Screen for one jar plugin #13

It doesnt appear to be possible to put a splash screen in the MANIFEST.MF
file

ie
SplashScreen-Image: MyImage.png

If it is possible could you update the docs.

Yes, that would be nice to do. We'll have to look in to that.

I have a splash screen image and the manifest entry in the main.jar file, if it 
were possible to use these, that would be great!
