Error installing version 2.19 #141

Steps to reproduce the behavior

Trying to install JSON::Validator@2.19 to be used in Mojolicious::Plugin::Yancy

Expected behavior

Install

Actual behavior

Error:

Hey,

Try installing the latest version: This problem was fixed in 3.01 iirc.
