Would it be browser cache ?
You can try to test with different browser.

I think the menu should be no problem.

But if you manual edit the files in /www , that may have some problem.
You can check your modification in /jffs , remove unnecessary file.
Some useful command:

root@Vigor2130:/tmp# cd /jffs
root@Vigor2130:/jffs# df
Filesystem 1k-blocks Used Available Use% Mounted on
rootfs 6208 6208 0 100% /
/dev/root 6208 6208 0 100% /rom
tmpfs 31392 1168 30224 4% /tmp
tmpfs 512 0 512 0% /dev
/dev/mtdblock5 512 352 160 69% /jffs
mini_fo:/jffs 6208 6208 0 100% /
/dev/sda3 40313996 35746524 2519588 93% /mnt/usb_sda3
/dev/sda6 36941432 31112624 5828808 84% /mnt/usb_sda6

The /dev/mtdblock5 is for configuration space.
If this block is full. That will be a trouble.

See what file occupied the configuration space
root@Vigor2130:/jffs# du
