Would it be possible to enable pxe boot on the router function?

I already got pxe boot file on my nas (Synology), But i cannot set the settings 
in the router,
port 67, 60 and i belive 68. these options are not possible in the dhcp 
settings on the router.

You will need to configure it via config files (not the webinterface).
