Admin: ValueSet-Tools: Renaming this repo #28

I know we already renamed it. I have two issues with the current name: ValueSet is not one word (the HL7 VSD authors are very clear about this); and I still prefer "code set" when speaking about value sets used for analytic purposes (which ours are.)

@Sigfried I don't mind. The name of the repo is pretty bland anyway, but it's kinda true to its purpose I suppose. What are some alternatives?:

I'd go with Code-Set-Tools -- or might even prefer code-set-tools (or Code-set-tools as a compromise :)

for vsac - it is value-set-tools for enclave - it is code-set-tools So I would vote for concept-set-tools Since this is all relating to concept set definitions, not sure if this is too OHDSI centric.

@stephanieshong, @joeflack4, @Leskena2, I'm thinking of adding some stuff -- including, possibly, a web front end. I want to propose a name that has Hub in it, because this will be the hub for executing and tracking a lot of transformations. Right now, they all have to do with code sets, but this may someday be merged in with efforts to create a clinical terminology server. So, maybe, TermHub? THub? CTSHub? TIMSHub?

I'm not opposed to "hub" in the name, and I think "TermHub" sounds kinda cool.

I think that the software we develop will be multi-project/repository/library though. So probably we will end up having different names for the different libraries, clients, apps, etc that we are making.
