(Just a brain dump)

LinkML relevancy
- OMOP::FHIR?
- Not needed if we use OAK for queries instead of querying our OMOP tables?
- Not needed if we prefer to fetch from a TIMS source other than FHIR?
- ValueSet definitions?
- ConceptMap definitions?
Formats
- Semsql?
- OWL?
- FHIR
- FHIR NPM packages?
- FHIR REST calls?
- OMOP?

Not sure if this is the best place to make the issue but need somewhere central for this discussion.

Marking this with low urgency. This is still relevant information and these data formats are still relevant. We are already moving forward with actually using OAK and converting OMOP to OWL as a common data format / data source between the 2 projects. But there are still other considerations.
