6 months ago I'm not entirely sure about this being a good thing for UX, but perhaps if I understood it better, I might agree. I can almost see why something like this would be useful.

Overview
If you make changes to a concept set, every concept it touches should get highlighted so you know exactly what you’re changing.
Low priority, but easy fix.
