Performance: cset search text input 5sec/char (local) #540

Overview

On local only, when I select the input box on the cset search page, if I type 1 or more characters, it takes 5 seconds or so for the result of what I typed to appear.

@Sigfried I have no idea if it's always been this way; doesn't seem like it. I could try restarting things; haven't tried that yet.

We should look back a month or three and see if performance was this bad as soon as I introduced match-sorter. I'm hoping to get advice from the developer here. -- He provided an example. Need to try it.
