Bug: `analysis.md` counts / deltas: removed or irrelevant tables #794

Overview

Rather than remove these things, just filter them out at runtime.

Remove tables

Can simply query list of tables at runtime, and for any rows for any tables that exist in the analysis table because of previous runs, can filter those out.
