Frontend strips `[DRAFT]` from cset title #821

Overview

I don't know if this is the case for all csets, or just some.

To Reproduce

Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Go to the database, and search for code_set with codeset_id 499674619. Observe its title is [DRAFT] [DM]GLP1.
  2. Open TermHub. Click the cset search, and search by ID. Observe that [DRAFT] is not present in the title.

Siggie says [DRAFT] gets removed but I didn't understand why.

Some csets say DRAFT. That could be from olden times?
