We should add a url column to the following outputs:
url
zulip_raw_results.csv
zulip_raw_results_all.csv
zulip_raw_results_user_participation.csv
This should be the URL that will open a given message on Zulip in the browser. If there are any spaces in the URL, you can replace them with %20.
