Hello Folks,

I have changed the contents to comply with the overall changes to packages inside the dvrk-ros repo. These changes include added prefix to psm urdf file for disinguishing between PSM1 and PSM2 added remote center frame to the URDF file as the first frame. modified the readme file in the dvrk_robot package to instruct how to run added joint publishers in the dvrk_joint_publisher to look after the control of actual PSMs and MTMs from joint_state_publishers via slider guis Other minor tweaks here and there...
