That looks like a problem with the DeckLink drivers: libDeckLinkAPI.so: cannot open shared object file: No such file or directory. Did you read: https://github.com/jhu-dvrk/dvrk-ros/blob/master/dvrk_robot/video.md#blackmagic-decklink-duo-frame-grabber
