Remove FITS from Dev environment #445

We've decided, as of Nov 9, 2021, that FITS should be removed from our stack as it's not a requirement and it's not functioning correctly.

This ticket is about removing it from the dev/Drupal environment. This, at a minimum, involves:

[x] Remove fits from the container list (crayfits)
[ ] Disable and/or remove islandora_fits module
[x] Disable the contexts that create FITS files.
[x] Remove FITS tests from test suites, as they will not be generated anymore.
[x] Ensure, via activemq that FITS messages are not queuing up anymore.

There might be other things that need to change, but these are the main ones I can think of right now.

I will not remove the islandora_fits module at this time, because it wants to delete stuff that I think might really mess up our config: Screen Shot 2021-12-09 at 4 42 12 PM

I will, however, disable the context that creates the FITS file.
