This feature branch will need to be checked out before running composer update - in order to pull in the updated idc-ui-theme and idc_ui_module code. The changes here are purely configurations to update the solr index, adjust the islandora object's default fields, set up a Date facet (*based off of the Solr Years value that is processed by the idc_ui_module).

After looking at the tests and a lot of discussions we feel like it's best to move forwards with this PR even with the test failing. A new ticket was created to address the issues with the tests. https://jhulibraries.atlassian.net/browse/LAGS-265
