rtt_roscomm: Dependencies of typekit packages #17

Is there a good reason why the typekit packages generated by create_rtt_pkg and those in rtt_ros_comm and rtt_common_msgs have a run_depend and plugin_depend from rtt_roscomm? Not very important, but if users only want to use typekits and not build their own they do not need rtt_roscomm at runtime, right?
