This is to reduce user-error after the application of https://github.com/orocos-toolchain/rtt/pull/6

@meyerj What do you think about this? It makes it a lot simpler for people, and will prevent them from accidentally calling find_package(OROCOS-RTT...) before calling find_package(catkin...).
