interaction with hidechoice action tag #1

When using this module and the HIDECHOICE action tag in the same field the hidden choices continue to appear on survey and data entry forms.

I have this issue addressed and I am in testing phase now. Should have an update soon.

please send a copy to Terrence for testing as well. Be sure he tries the various action tabs (hide/show choice, none of the above, ets...).
