Should we use a similar "branding" scheme that PASS used? #42

PASS has a service that reads a static config file from a known location to pull in branding assets. Should this project use a similar thing to pull in static assets?

I dont imagine this application will need to be rebranded often to make use of that scheme. So i think decision should be made based on how much effort is required to either keep with the scheme or abandon it.
