Prep `refactor/front` branch to be merged with `staging` #126

Acceptance Criteria:

[ ] new Dashboard view is linked to backend data (System Information, etc) and old Dashboard view is replaced.
[ ] merge staging branch with refactor/front and resolve conflicts.
[ ] pull request created for refactor/front -> staging merge
