Changes:

  1. Update to README for HyperV and WSL users
  2. Add Windows specific spawn/exec commands for installing WSL or enable HyperV
  3. Add feature to check if Docker installed
  4. Add private/public notification for module
  5. Fetch External Latest Digest, compare to local to see if module is out of date (Consensus only currently)
  6. Added ability to open Powershell or Terminal depending on OS
