Term for evasion from complement-based killing #101

It seems that the interaction with vitronectin has more to do with serum resistance (evasion of host complement-based killing) than actual adhesion to a surface for most of the examples I have.

Similar to Issues #34 and #35

This issue was already sort of addressed by PathGO term 341 'indirect host complement inactivation', but I'm adding a subclass to it for vitronectin-binding specifically to ensure that annotators use the appropriate vitronectin-binding function when annotating.
