We've got a FunSoC called "Systemic dysregulation short of death" (yeah, it's not very specific) for transient (NOT permanent) effects. There are several toxins that appear to debilitate the target for a short period of time (even inducing catatonia) but after a few minutes, the target recovers and can walk away.

Vespakinin agonizes bradykinin receptors to cause hypotension. So the toxin causes "shock" for a short period of time.

I also don't think I would combine these with "and" since the two effects are NOT necessarily linked and you could very well find that this is the only annotation in this single term.
