Added RDS_AUTH_TYPE to scenarios Added AUTH_HEALTH_CHECK_GRACE_PERIOD to keep autoscale group for killing off the auth instance too soon. Updated RDS MySQL version to be the one that all our RDS Databases were migrated too.
