Keycloak email fix #96

Please review and perhaps try out the instructions for setting up keycloak email. Also added to doc/Troubleshooting.md

As an interim solution, I think we can use the "reply-to" feature in the keycloak email configuration to integrate our official email account and keep a gmail account as simply an email proxy. If no one objects, I can setup using bossdb.wilsopw1@gmail.com as the forwarding account and as the reply-to account.
