Clarify where student instructions are sourced from the same child documents #188

It may not be obvious where modules are being reused with a "student" setting.

cutsort Feels like there might be some overlap/divergence in AnVIL_Template sections 7 and 8? Though I haven’t looked closely and maybe they’re identical and referencing the same child Rmd?

katie.cox Do you mean the instructions for launching RStudio? If so, yes, they pull from the same child doc.

cutsort Ahh … gotcha, so the feeling of deja vu and redundancy is correct!

katie.cox haha, yes! That way if Terra moves buttons around or whatever, we only have one to update

cutsort Perhaps worth adding a note as such? e.g. beginning of Chapter 8 say that in addition to being aimed/customized/expanded for students, these source from materials found in Chapter 7 (and 4?)
