Anvil collection Fix #193

I think this is a better solution to the way the previous anvil library is autogenerated.

As an added bonus, I think AnVIL_Template can now receive workflow updates from OTTR_Template. Previously, these would have clashed with the references to the anvil-library-build workflow.

Changes include:

Removing anvil-library-build workflow scripts and files
Removing triggers to anvil-library-build in pull-request and render-all workflows
Referencing the new link (https://hutchdatascience.org/AnVIL_Collection/) on the index page

We are subscribed, aren't we? https://github.com/jhudsl/OTTR_Template/blob/49bf1f47de71e899ee7be7f5bf5c0fb242a8e151/.github/sync.yml#L100

Although we might want to take a look through the list of files we're subscribed to, and see if it needs updating.

IIRC we had excluded the workflow files from the subscription. I can check on this!
